Why DashLoops

A few principles we don't plan to walk back.

Built by an agent

DashLoops was built by a multi-brokerage owner who got tired of overbuilt platforms. Tools are designed for the way agents actually work — in front of clients, between showings, on a phone.

Free to start, no signup wall

Use any tool with no log-in required. No email, no password. Save your work with a free account when you're ready. Paid tiers unlock higher limits — never basic functionality.

Mobile and desktop, no install

Every tool lives on the web. Open it at the kitchen table on your phone, or at your desk on a laptop. Same tool, same data, no app store, no sync.

Built by someone who needed the tools

DashLoops's founder has run multiple brokerages and property management companies. The tools we needed didn't exist — or were buried inside brokerage platforms that took weeks to onboard.
