This policy covers dashloops.com, the marketing website for DashLoops, operated by ActiveToClose, LLC. The DashLoops product itself lives at dashloops.io and is governed by the privacy policy posted there, which covers accounts, workspace content, subscriptions, and mobile apps. This page covers only what we do on the marketing site.

What we collect on dashloops.com

  • Contact form submissions. When you submit the form at /contact, we collect the name, email, optional subject, and message you provide. We use it to respond.
  • Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records the IP address, user agent, and request path of visits for operational and security purposes. We do not maintain a separate analytics system on dashloops.com at this time.

We do not set tracking cookies. We do not sell or rent any of the above to third parties. We do not subscribe you to any list as a result of a contact form submission.

Who we share it with

  • Vercel hosts the site and processes server logs as our infrastructure provider.
  • Brevo delivers contact form submissions to our inbox as our transactional email provider.

These vendors handle data on our behalf under their own privacy practices and contractual obligations.

How long we keep it

  • Contact form messages are kept in our inbox indefinitely unless you ask us to delete them.
  • Server logs are retained by Vercel according to their default retention policy.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete any contact form submission you've sent us. California (CCPA) and European Union (GDPR) residents have additional rights, including the right to know what we hold, request deletion, and (where applicable) data portability. To exercise any of these, contact us.

Children

dashloops.com is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, called out on the site.
